Where do I place a return request? You can place a return request directly on our website under the support section. When submitting the request, you must provide a reason for the return along with photo or video evidence.

Until when can I place a return request? Return requests can be placed within 10 days of the delivery date recorded by Oolive.

Does the product need to be repackaged? Yes, the product must be returned in an unassembled state and in its original packaging. If you cannot unassemble the product or no longer have the original packaging, we may arrange packaging at a cost. You are responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned.

Who is responsible for return shipping fees? For eligible returns (as specified in the returns section), Oolive will cover the return shipping fees. However, if the return request is beyond the eligible period, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

What is the return process? Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with an RMA number and shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the return shipment box. After you confirm the repackaging, we will arrange return logistics. If a pickup is not possible, we may ask you to drop off the item at a nearby courier facility.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds (full or partial) will be processed once the shipment is received and inspected at our warehouse. After processing, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your original payment method. A damage fee of up to 25% of the invoice amount may be applied for returns not in proper condition.
