The warranty on Oolive reflects our commitment to your comfort and the quality of our products. We diligently follow up with our esteemed customers to ensure their satisfaction. When you purchase any product from us, you can be confident that we stand behind it and are here to support you.

What's not covered?

  1. Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, and gradual fabric changes that occur over time are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty
  2. Accidental Damage: We do not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or installation errors.
  3. Damage from Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications made by third parties without our prior approval will void the warranty.
  4. Comfort Issues: While we acknowledge that personal preferences vary, the warranty does not cover discomfort or dissatisfaction with the chair if there are no noticeable defects.
  5. Invalid Warranty Claims: Warranty claims made after the warranty period or without a proof of purchase will not cover the cost of parts, labor, or delivery.

What's covered?

  1. Defective Material/Parts: We cover defects in materials and parts for a specified period, depending on your chair type (1 year). During this warranty period, we will replace any parts that malfunction due to faulty materials or defects
  2. We Take Care of It: If a covered part needs repair or replacement, we will handle it. This includes sending you the replacement parts and providing installation instructions, with a nominal charge for the service during the warranty period.
  3. We'll help you: We will assess your situation and determine the best course of action, whether that involves repair, replacement, or providing additional guidance.

Warranty Terms and condition:

Oolive is committed to servicing the product throughout the warranty period. This warranty covers all moving and functional parts. The decision to repair or replace any part of the product will be at the sole discretion of Oolive, based on the report submitted by our customer care representative.

Replacement of any specific spare part is subject to stock availability. If the required spare part is not in stock, Oolive reserves the right to offer a similar model at a discounted price as a suitable alternative.

For defects in product parts covered under the warranty, we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge and provide the necessary installation or assembly instructions. You may replace the parts yourself or through a third party; however, we will not cover any labor costs associated with the replacement. If you require technical assistance, a nominal charge will apply.
