Do you deliver to my location?
We partner with the best courier services in India (FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery) to ensure timely delivery to most cities across the country. If your location is in a rural area or far from a major city, please share your pin code with us before placing your order. For these Outside Delivery Areas (ODA), an additional delivery charge may apply, which we will inform you about in advance.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 6-10 days, depending on your location. We strive to meet this timeline, but unforeseen circumstances might cause delays. If there's any delay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for the latest updates on your order status.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India. If there are any additional charges for remote locations, we’ll inform you before confirming the order. You can check if we deliver to your pin code during the checkout process.
How do I track my order?
Once your product is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the courier’s website. We aim to deliver your product as quickly as possible.
What should I check when my product is delivered?
For products requiring assembly, we include easy-to-follow instructions. Be sure to register for your warranty on our website within 30 days of receiving the product to ensure coverage. Please note that warranty terms vary by product, and details are provided on each product’s page.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We take great care to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@olivechairs.in with photos of the damaged parts. We’ll assess the situation and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the damage, we will either repair or replace the product.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. We are unable to process cancellation requests beyond this time.
What if my order is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your order status shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the item, please check with your neighbors or building security. If the item is still missing, contact us at hello@olivechairs.in or +91-8655-705-758 within 48 hours. Our team will investigate the issue with the courier company, which may take up to 7-14 business days, and we will update you accordingly.
